MONDAY
ROSE & CROWN STARLING v PACK HORSE AFFETSIDE All the best to both teams. Here's to a good match played in the true quizzing spirit. I'm at the presentation night for the Littleborough quiz league tonight. Our record for this season playing as the 'Don Quixotes' out of the Moorcock Inn reads played 19, won 19..... We would love to re-join the Bury league for some competition! TUESDAY Well done to all teams and special mention to the ROSE AND CROWN STARLING and the PACK HORSE who became winners and runners-up respectively. SWAN AND RAILWAY 'A' were the strongest team and won a match as well. I am hoping to hear from 'teams' within the next two weeks re their responses to the 'Brain of Bury' and 'Pairs' quiz evenings. If there is not enough interest then I will not hold the evenings. Thank you and regards Simon |
