Bury & District Quiz League Week 16

Unfortunately we get 1 or 2 every year & last nights format was not to everyones liking, well at least 2 teams anyway at the Stopes Tavern, thought it was Pants!! When you leave with a headache & pondering over the mind warping drugs which were behind such an awful selection of questions, you know it wasn't a good night.....one to forget, but we scraped home for another rare victory, 36-25 to the Roses...............& relax!!!

A very rare beast reared its head up at the Rammy Legion & the 43 a piece draw saw the Cricketers slip even further behind in the title race, which barring a disaster is now out of sight.

The Hairy Hounds are enjoying a rich vein of form & pressing hard for 2nd spot & found the going to their liking garnering a very healthy 48 points from that Dogs Dinner of a quiz, whilst I suspect the Dungeon were more than happy with their 35 point total??

Needless to say the Shoulder will be wondering what all the fuss is about, it was business as usual for the league leaders & they once again showed their champions credentials with a mighty haul of 57, UNBELIEVABLE JEFF!!! & St Mary's continue their WLWL form, but against the stiffest of opposition, 34 aint bad.

Now then, if anyone out there is thinking to themsleves, "I'd love to set the Presentation Night Quiz" well nows yer chance to beat a path to my door!! If there are any volunteers out there, let me know, otherwise I'll set about compiling one, which you all might regret!!!
