Bury & District Quiz League Week 4

In a very tough but fair week for questions, most results are very close. Team of the week again has to be Swan and Railway A - runaway winners away at Stopes Tavern 17-30. The Pack Horse Affetside are showing signs of waking up losing out by only a point to the Cricket Club 33 -34 on the last question. Sundial are continuing to surprise most teams and defeated form side Rose And Crown Bury at home 30-26. Swan and Railway B defeated Peter Taylor's shell shocked Rose and Crown Ramsbottom at home 34-28. Rose and Crown Starling defeating Heap Bridge S.C. 48-20 with a good team performance on the night to remain league pacesetters.
Week 5 will see some very close matches also. If the Pack Horse continue to improve, their visit to Rose and Crown Bury could be close. Heap Bridge SC will probably prove to be too strong for Stopes Tavern at home, another team yet to rise this season. Battle of the Roses this week takes place at Ramsbottom v Starling. Swan and Railway A take on the Sundial in what is an unpredictable encounter given the Swan's last two results. Final match see Radcliffe Cricket Club host Swan B with both teams in form, this has to be the match of the week.
